A report with a clinical examination to ascertain any disability and bodily loss as a result of an incident or surgery/treatment.
CONDITIONS OF SERVICE PROVIDED
Turnaround Times:
Able to send a report out within 14 working days of the instruction.
Terms and Fees:
The reports are provided in accordance with the regulations of such instructions. The costs for such service are as follows:

To Review notes for causation. £540

For a Report based notes for personal injury. £650

For a Report based on both notes and a medical examination. £850
-
For Addendums. £100
-
For attending court £1500 per day or part thereof
-
For cancellation of court duties. Nil if notified 4 weeks before the date of trial; £300 if within 3 weeks; £600 if within 2 weeks; £1000 if within 1 week and £1500 on the week of the trial.
